These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Exquitique website and the purchase of products through our store. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

About Us

Exquitique is a South African supplier of professional beauty salon consumables, including lash, brow, waxing, dermaplaning and microneedling supplies, sold to salon professionals and members of the public.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order with us.

Products & Professional Use

Several of our products are intended for use by trained beauty and skincare professionals (including but not limited to lash extension adhesives, numbing/anesthetic gels, and microneedling devices). It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure they have the appropriate training, qualifications and any licences required by law before using these products, whether on themselves or on clients. We do not provide medical or professional advice, and nothing on this site should be treated as such.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include or exclude VAT as indicated at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider(s); we do not store your full card details.

Order Acceptance

Receiving an order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability, in which case we will notify you and issue a full refund for any amount already charged.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos and images, is the property of Exquitique or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, Exquitique shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
